Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, simply email us within 30 days of delivery at:

Our support team will review your request and may offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the same item
- A similar item of equal value
- A store credit for future use
Return Shipping
Return shipping is not free. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
- First-time issue: we’ll send a free replacement
- Second-time issue: we’ll issue a full refund
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1–8 business days after approval. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost or cannot be delivered due to a shipping issue, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
